How nice to find a mobility dealership with no pressure and able to explain everything. I had a test ride around the carpark before making up my mind. Cassie was so friendly and helpful. Delivery was as promised a everything again explained at the hand over. I would recommend East Midlands Mobility to everyone, and would purchase again.
Cassie has been very helpful and understanding regarding the mobility needs of my dad.
The Staff were very helpful & matched me with a mobility scooter suitable for my requirements. The mobility scooter was wonderful giving me the freedom to go for long walks with my friends. Their rental prices were very competitive & I was very pleased that it is a local family business
Hired twice from EMM with little notice. Wonderful staff who managed to fit me in. Fair prices. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic service reasonable price great job would highly recommend East Midlands mobility Ltd love the new tyres on my mobility scooter
Outstanding service! Collected scooter from my home, serviced and repaired and returned to me within 48 hours. Friendly and helpful, kept me informed at all times. Would highly recommend for mobility scooter repairs.
They stocked exactly what I was looking for. On the day service/demonstration was excellent. The showroom appeared to be well stocked, although I knew what I was looking for so didn’t need to view a range of items. It would be beneficial to this business to make themselves easier to find
