ENdynamics Mobility and Rehab

Wheelchair hire, sales, repairs and parts supply define the work that customers describe at this Bolton mobility equipment shop and disability equipment supplier. John is singled out repeatedly for his help, with several reviewers naming him directly when they collected a hired wheelchair or placed an order for parts and a new chair. Speed stands out as a recurring theme: wheelchairs and components have arrived within a day of ordering, and one person who turned up without an appointment was fitted with a leased chair on the spot.

Reviews regularly refer to how knowledgeable the staff are about wheelchair mechanisms, and the after-sales service earns just as much praise as the initial purchase. Faults have been resolved helpfully, and the pricing is described as reasonable, with one customer noting it as the most competitive they found. Communication is friendly and polite throughout, and items are dispatched well packaged. Orders have been placed remotely by customers who found the business online and were satisfied with the prompt dispatch. A nationally available rental option is also highlighted, alongside the efficient handling of a short-notice wheelchair lease for an elderly relative.
