Very helpful, not pushy, very knowledgeable about the chairs ,let's you try out chairs. Have different price ranges to suit your pocket. Was delivered the next day from Birmingham. Well packaged for transport.

I attended Etech mobility today for an appointment with the very lovely & welcoming Jethro. I was looking to try out and perhaps buy my first ever electric chair. Jethro was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and everything they can do. He encouraged me and my papa who accompanied me to try the chairs inside the showroom and outside to test how I would navigate going up and down curbs. I felt safe navigating the chair and Jethro taught me how to work it properly, he was more than happy to answer all our questions. Jethro really went the extra mile and we did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. We were made to feel very comfortable. The showroom was clean and also accessible too. I ended up ordering my chair when I arrived home after I made my final decision. I want to thank Jethro for all his help and the role he played in making me feel comfortable and confident when using the electric chair for the first time. I would definitely return if I need any advice or more products and certainly will be recommending Jethro and Etech mobility to others! He is a credit to the company Thank you :)

I can’t believe how fast ETech Mobility are. I didn’t even order my chair until 4pm, yet it was at my door the very next day. The packaging was spot on, too. There was a tiny bit of damage on the side when I unboxed it, but I just rang them up and they were brilliant. They had a replacement sent out that morning, it arrived the next day, and literally just clicked straight on. They even threw in a voucher to say sorry, which was such a nice gesture. The chair itself is amazing, I’m obsessed with the purple! It’s so comfy, the controls are a breeze, and it’s actually got a bit of speed to it. Folding it down is dead easy and the battery seems to last forever. It’s honestly given me my freedom back. I couldn't be happier.

Jethro explained everything so well to me and i never felt pressured to buy. He encouraged me try different models and totally understood my needs. Helpful, caring person genuinely intrested in his customers requirements.

Such a positive and empathic experience trying different chairs and stress testing them Really great staff that helped me feel comfortable and gave me tips to help me feel safe in an electric. Not pushy about me buying one either
