Two things that make a great business: good products and fantastic customer service. This company has both in abundance. I’ve had an electric chair for over12 months and love it. Very well made, very stable and comfortable to be in at a fantastic time price. I wanted the sensitivity adjust after a year, no problem with just joystick sent back for adjustment. I lost a bolt and again a simple email request and a few days later it arrives in the post. Keep doing what you are doing by employing great people. Thanks for making life easier, Dave

I bought rollater and came in box but I managed to put it together quickly all by myself. I was very pleased as no screwdriver needed. Instruction book nice and easy. Read first! Very happy. My Etech power chair has been an excellent choice to allow me to get out and about. It folds easily and fits into my car. Any communication with the company has been prompt, professional and helpful. I have passed on the companies details to several people and would recommend them for their products and service.

What a delightful company to deal with I have had two scooters in the past but never a power chair. I looked on line for ages and watched videos on line. I booked an hour appointment and depending on a bit more information about brushless motors I had my search down to two chairs both red no.other colour for me. I decided on the Elite ST.. With bigger battery and the ball end for the joystick and my hands are not to good . Somewhere a couple of gremlins slipped into my information during sales process. It didn't stop speedy delivery, nine o'clock next morning it was with me. I have since added the upgraded upholstery, red of course, and the conversion kit for handles. I sent an email about fitting leg extensions as I was not sure if the would fit my model. I received not only an answer in the affermative, but links to three videos on how to fit the extensions. The gremlins which had crept into my original purchase were sorted immediately I notified the company via email with apppologiees. They respond to questions as soon as possible put things right immediately if there is a problem What more can you ask from.any company. I live with 100 other oaps and interest has been shown in my new chair by many. I will of course recommend this company without hesitation

I travelled to the Glasgow showroom recently to view the models on offer. I was taken through the options for several of the chairs I was interested in. I was then given a chance to try out the chair I was looking for, which was great as I also found I needed extended foot supports, which I would not have been able to k now without the road test. The delivery was really efficient, and the chair is perfect for all of my needs, especially some of the attributes such as puncture free tyres and extended life batteries. I now have two batteries giving me peace of mind that I will not run out of power on any trip out. I have a remote control which is great if my hands get cold whilst outside. the folding of the chaor is very easy, although somewhat heavy for me on my own. It fits into the car boor perfectly. It looks great and is very comfortable. I also now have an extra 3a charger to recharge quickly, which fits nicely into the new backpack as well. The guys in the showroom were brilliant throughout, and the after sales has also been a great experience. Highly recommended. thanks

My scooter was delivered in a secure padded cardboard box it's the etech phantom great to drive comfy seat can handle the pot holes on the pavements and its easy to charge the batteries on or off the scooter. After sales no problem a brilliant company to deal with thank you.

I am 77 so. Lift was something worth looking at. I went for this model as it weighs only 12kgs. Extremely easy to use. The on/off switch is not that easy to reach but that does not stop me using an excellent lift. Very easy to get the wife’s electric scooter in and out of the boot. Well worth the cost. Highly recommended.
