We contacted Euro Lifts today when our lift unexpectedly broke down and we were in desperate need of assistance. Although they aren’t our usual contractors, they were able to come out the very same day, which was hugely appreciated. The lift was fixed promptly, and the engineer who attended was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better service during what was a stressful situation. Our usual lift maintenance company couldn't get to the bottom of an issue we were having, so we decided to give Euro Lifts a call. They came out the very same day, and the engineer was fantastic. He clearly knew his stuff, quickly found the fault, and had everything working again in just one visit. The whole experience was straightforward and professional from start to finish. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. We'll definitely be moving our regular lift servicing over to Euro Lifts and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our platform stairlift is a lifeline for my husband, enabling me to take him out and engage with the world. Therefore when the lift is not working our lives become very difficult. Euro Lifts have recently taken over the support contract for the lift when it came out of warranty period. They have been absolutely phenomenal with their response times to our callouts. Their assessment of the problems with the lift have been spot on, and have given me confidence that they will enable us to get the optimum use from the lift. Each staff member that I have encountered has been pleasant and professional - and I am not an easy customer to deal with due to my anxiety over the lift. They have provided accurate and truthful information about the status of the ongoing repair . The visiting engineers have been so kind and courteous not only to myself, to Martin also. I look forward to many years of support from them.

They left our retirement block flats with no elevator for over 5 days with no notification or communication the lift was out. They lacked a duty of care for the elderly living there. Never use them!

We usually have excellent service from this company. Louis usually comes out to fix my lift. However today the engineer they sent out was abrasive and incompetent. Walked in without removing his boots. He spent the whole visit on the telephone. Couldn't follow a conversation and quickly became argumentative. I have told the company they are not to send this engineer out to us again.

I would like to thank everyone for the prompt, professional service. I needed to sort out a stair lift for my mother in law due to her becoming less mobile by the day. I gave these guys a call and literally start to finish, fantastic. Now my mother-in-law can have some form of normality and get up and down the stairs again. Massive thank you to you all. X
