Across London, customers repeatedly highlight the speed and tidiness of GentleRise Stairlifts Limited's installations, with several describing a complete stairlift fitting finished within roughly two hours. The fitters, most often named as Lee, are praised for punctuality, arriving exactly when promised and keeping customers informed about scheduling beforehand. Reviewers describe the engineers as friendly, experienced and thorough, taking time to explain how the equipment works and answering questions patiently. A recurring theme is the care taken to listen to the needs of elderly users, with adjustments made so that the lift is comfortable and easy to operate, leaving families reassured about safety at home.

Communication is mentioned as a strong point from the first enquiry through to aftercare, including help when an existing lift failed and a reconditioned replacement was supplied promptly. Glen is singled out for a stress-free measuring and fitting, while Lee's professionalism, politeness and efficiency come up in multiple accounts. Satisfaction with the completed result and the willingness of the team to spend time on demonstrations feature prominently.
