Absolutely brilliant the way Steve looked after us nothing was to much trouble even taking us out to the car park to make sure the scooter fitted ok in the boot and the delivery guy was great to thank you very much Pauline

I experienced excellent customer service from Steve at Studley Grange Garden Centre showroom. I was given a date for spinal decompression and fusion surgery with 2 weeks notice. I needed a recliner quickly and had tested the Ultra Comfort rise and recline chair and felt it would be ideal for my recovery. Steve made sure that I received a chair in time for me returning home despite the chair being very limited/ out of stock. Even when there was a possibility that it was completely out of stock he was going to arrange me to receive an ex demo model to ensure I had the chair in time. I have now received the chair which is amazing and so comfortable! I can highly recommend! I cannot thank Steve enough as he went above and beyond and feel he needs recognition for this and is a credit to Glebe Mobility.

We visited Glebe Mobility Showroom originally looking for a mobility scooter for my husband, and were helped by Josh. He was extremely friendly, helpful and patient throughout. He took the time to understand what would suit my husband best, and after talking everything through, we realised that a Halo wheelchair was the more suitable choice. Josh also went out of his way to help practically. He took both the mobility scooter and the wheelchair out to our car so we could check whether I could lift them high enough to get them into our Land Rover, which was really helpful. He was knowledgeable, caring and not at all pushy. We are very pleased with the wheelchair we chose and would happily recommend Glebe Mobility.

More great service from Josh,tried four different machines before choosing one to buy.Asked loads of questions and all answered with honesty.Even tried the different machines in my car.Its a yes from me…….of course proof will be delivery date etc😀
