I would give Hands on Stairlifts more than 5 stars if I could! The friendly, expert service has been exemplary. Peter measured, ordered and fitted a complex stairlift all in less than 8 days. He installed the system neatly and cleared up any packaging etc, he kept me fully informed on the progress of my order and installation. The price was reasonable and the quality outstanding. Peter installed a stair lift for my parents about three years ago. The installation was problem free. Since them he has serviced and stairlift on an annual contract. He came out within a couple of hours on Christmas Eve to reset the stairlift, even working around a hospital appointment. Service is always reliable and friendly and he takes time to tell my elderly father what he is doing. Can't fault him or the service he provides!

Superb service from Pete. He fitted a reconditioned stair lift for my father in law at very short notice just before Christmas. Worked fine until today, then developed an error-code fault so wouldn’t work. Rang, spoke to Jade who contacted Pete. He rang back, explained just finishing job down in Shelton Mallet & will then call in. Was here within the hour, diagnosed fault quickly & replaced part. All working fine again. Exceptional after-sales service, no fuss, excuses or delays that is so common these days. Would advise anyone looking for a stair lift in the area to look nowhere else. Pleasure to deal with this company.
