I went in on opening day, lovely laid out showroom, very friendly and welcoming staff, wonderfully comfortable chairs and great offers. I will definitely be buying one.

Brilliant staff, Marie and Helen were so helpful and lovely to talk to, they are a credit to the company. Order placed and looking forward to the new sofa and three chairs, plus the slipper box!

Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. This shop is difficult to access with a wheelchair, definitely would not get a mobility scooter through the door. The parking is on a slope, I had to move the car to get the wheelchair user in and out to a flat surface.

Excellent service from Marie very helpful shame she was let down by not having the chair I wanted to look at but she did recommend Norwich as she said they have a bigger selection as I was going to Norwich at Easter it made more sence to see it there once again Marie thank you so much for your help

Liz was amazing in doing the 7 point measurements for me and husband. She patiently listened to all our doubts and questions and suggested different options of sofa and recliner and the fabric that can go with. She is very welcoming as well ensuring the guidelines to be followed to keep herself and the customer safe. It was amazing experience and a good purchase.
