HSL Peterborough

We made our purchase at Peterborough HSL. There was a good selection, the showroom was well laid out. What really made it a wonderful experience was Pushpa Pugh who was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was highly professional and expertly guided US through the whole process.

From the moment my wife and I walked through the shop door we were made to feel we mattered as customers, the sales lady Anna who offered us a hot drink before going through the type of chairs we were interested in she showed us the rise and recline chairs explained how they worked and the difference between the models and sizes. We decided to place an order for two chairs and one two-seater sofa, we were given a delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks. 4 weeks and 3 days later we are now sitting in them in our lounge we would also like too delivery guys who were equally well informed in the products they are both very polite and took time to explain the chairs and their operation. It's difficult to put in words how efficient this company is especially the Peterborough store, We done HSL. David and Christine Daniels

My elderly neighbour bought a chair from HSL. The service and kindness shown to her was impeccable and we would thoroughly recommend them.

Staff very helpful and had plenty of time for you. Nice to be greeted on arrival.

Purchased a riser recliner and it was delivered in 4 days. Superb service. Fabric and chair design perfect. Staff 1st class service

Took my mum to get a new chair. The service was very good. Got greeted at the door, everything was explained to us. There was no rush and mum was checked for size with all the chairs she tried. Nothing seemed to much of a problem, even got a drink so that you could sit in the chairs like you would at home. Would definitely recommend.

I've never visited this place but I do visit a lot of people in the community that have purchased their products and seem happy with them and the after care. So I'm rating on that basis alone.
