Independent Mobility

I have just bought the Pride GoGo compact from the Holderness Rd branch of independent mobility, and I have to say that Phil who dealt with the sale is amazing. He was so helpful showing me how it works and giving me a demonstration of how to use the cruise control and showing us how to fold it down. I heartily recommend this shop and there products. Phil just rang me to see how I am getting on with my scooter, I didn't get that where I bought my last one from. The staff are so very friendly I really feel like a valued customer.

From the moment of walking into the shop, Ann Marie Koehler, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable,unfortunately they did not have the scooter in the store that we were after, but after she made a quick call, she was able to secure one for us and we had it before the weekend, as we were going away and were trying to get it bought and delivered before so we could take it with us, so a massive thank you to Ann Marie for all her help, and I would recommend her and Independent Mobility every one who needed Mobility help to contact them.

Due to a spinal issue my wife now needs assistance to get around. Visited the Independent Mobility store in Hornsea today to look for a suitable scooter. Nick was brilliant in helping us choose one which met our requirements. He explained all the different features across the different types. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions until we finally decided on a Pride model. Cannot thank him enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a mobility scooter.

Purchased a pride go go compact mobility scooter from I M . even price matching same one we had seen online.Anne Marie who dealt with us was very helpful and knowledgeable demonstrating how everything worked also helping with carrying scooter to the car .Brilliant customer service.

Me and my husband went to Beverley shop today I cannot praise Ann-Marie enough she was so nice to us and I exchanged my mobility scooter for a powered wheelchair. She talked me through how to use the wheelchair has I had never had one before. I highly recommend going to Beverley when Ann-Marie is there. I will be using this shop again in the future has I am very pleased with the service. I’ve been out on my wheelchair today and love it. Thank you Ann-Marie Lynda and Gary Sharpe x

Easy parking, very helpful staff on every visit, great range of equipment and scooters, good advice. I didn’t feel rushed. Asked all the questions I needed too and wasn’t pushed to purchase, so I bought a scooter which I love. Thank you!!
