A massive thank you to Rob, Khalid and the Team! From start to the finish of fitting a stair lift for my Mum, they were kind, professional and keen to explain all aspects of the job. An absolute credit to the Mobilty industry!!!

I recently visited Island Mobility as I was hoping to find a way of making a trip to our beach hut possible for my mum. It’s quite a walk to get there and, although she could probably manage it, it would have taken so much out of her that she wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the day. I explained the situation to the staff and they honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. They went out of their way to find a solution for us and, thanks to their kindness, Mum was able to spend a lovely day at the beach with the family without having to worry about the long walk there and back. What really struck me was that there was nothing in it for them – they simply wanted to help. When I went back afterwards, they were every bit as friendly and welcoming. It’s lovely to come across a family-run business where genuine kindness and customer service still seem to matter. A really positive experience and a business I’d happily recommend. I recently purchased a Sterling S50 Carbon mobility scooter from Island Mobility and couldn't be happier with both the scooter and the service I received. Tom Evans was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the scooter, answered all of my questions and gave me the opportunity to try the scooter without any pressure to buy. I chose to buy from Island Mobility because I wanted the reassurance of dealing with a local Isle of Wight business rather than purchasing online or from the mainland. Having knowledgeable people nearby who can provide advice, servicing and after-sales support gave me real confidence in my purchase. The communication before and after the sale has been excellent, and everything we agreed was confirmed promptly in writing. At 90 years of age, having confidence in both the product and the people you're buying from is very important, and Tom and the team certainly delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Island Mobility to anyone looking for mobility equipment. Thank you again for your excellent service.

We are holidaying on the IOW and my wife’s wheelchair brake cable snapped and the brake handle came off completely. Not being local, I obviously had to use Goggle and hope for the best. I phoned Island Mobility, explained the issue and was told to come straight over. Tom was fabulous, and although he didn't have the exact parts, used what he had to complete a repair. The brake is working as it should, my wife can now safely use the wheelchair and I haven't got to worry about the wheelchair rolling around on the ferry if we encounte lrough seas on the way home!! A professional, polite, faultless and first class service. Thanks Tom.

I can't thank Island Mobility enough for there help. My mum's riser/recliner chair had a broken part, and we were very frustrated trying to get it fixed and being offered an appointment in a months time to fix!!!! Andy was incredibly helpful from the start, taking the time to understand the problem and quickly locating the part we needed. What really impressed me was that after I drove over with the broken bracket to ensure it was the right one he would not accept any money and gave be the bracket!!! He was genuinely happy to help and went above and beyond with his customer service. It's rare to find someone so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Highly recommended – thank you, Andy! (And yes my parents have you first to call on the list now)

Following a decline in Mums physical health we needed support with a number of mobility aids, most significantly a stair lift. From initial enquiry to installation the team were amazing 🤩 Dave & Lewis the installation engineers were fantastic and took time to demo the lift and check mum was comfortable with everything. Would 💯 recommend!

Dave & Scott were very helpful and friendly, talking me through the process and answering my questions, making sure I was completely happy before leaving. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly when I call to enquire.
