I can highly recommend Karls Access Stairlifts & Mobility. Karl was absolutely amazing from start to finish while helping us choose the right stairlift for my mother-in-law. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and honestly, and even contacted me over the weekend to explain things and make sure we were comfortable with everything. The whole process, from advice through to installation, was professional, friendly, and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days.
