Great Service

I’ve used both Haymarket and Highcross for number of years the staff are so kind and helpful . Must admit though loosing the Highcross was a big blow it so much better for people who drive ( you have to be careful where u park to collet the scooter other wise you’ll end up with a parking fine) The Haymarket is best for bus rider with it being located in the bus station .. Id be lost without the the,my month treat to visit Leicester town center wouldn’t be the same

This place is a godsend. It means a day out with a friend where I can be independent in a chair & not have to be pushed & my friend is free to look around freely too Fantastic, they are all so friendly in there too.they need more volunteers . Such a shame there’s not more support given by the government or the city council so they could keep the Highcross shopmobility open too.

Tried this service out friday and had a wonderful experience. The best day i have had in LEICESTER for 5 or more years now. The scooters are brilliant and the staff are first class. Normally i dread catching the bus into town because of the pain walking causes me, but on this trip the scooter gave me a wonderful pain free time. I would recommend it to any one who has a mobility problem. Thank you so much for this brilliant service
