Leodis Stairlifts Sunderland

Can’t really fault the service. Bit of a delay finding one to rent ( about a week ) but installed efficiently and quickly 30/12/25. Unfortunately not currently in use as user is in hospital. Such is life🙄

We've just had a curved staircase fitted in my parents home today following a recommendation from a neighbour. The engineer arrived on time, fitted the stair lift in 2.5hrs with no mess and very little disruption. Once finished he was patient and supportive when explaining to my parents how to work it, he gave them both a trial run ensuring they got on and off safely. They are delighted with it and the rest of the family now have peace of mind. I can highly recommend Leodis Stairlifts to everyone and wish we'd found them sooner.

Very good service, came one day and installed the next. No hard sell. Very efficient and no mess to clear up. Would definitely recommend.

Only had stairlift installed on 20/08 but already feeling the benefits. From my first phone call I found Leodis to be very helpful and efficient. The stairlift was installed very quickly and efficiently with no mess or fuss. Up to now I am very happy with it

Superb company. I needed two stairlifts for my mother. The salesman came out within a day and explained all options in detail using the catalogue. He explained how the controls work, the battery back-up and where the the stairlifts would be plugged in. He also showed us how the rail would be fitted) We decided on the specification while he was there and he measured up and left us with quotations for each. Next day I place an order for the first one and it was fitted 4 days later. The Engineer was very efficient and tidy and demonstrated the system when complete. No payments were requested (not even deposit) until fitted and I was totally satisfied. Within a week I ordered the second stairlift which was fitted the following week, to the same standard. The Salesman and Manager both called to check my mother was happy with the product. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

I was recommended Leodis my another company who couldn't do curved stairs. From the start helpful and full of the right information. Installation was quick and smooth sailing. Price was the best after contacting other companies. The staff are friendly and polite I would definitely recommend Leodis to friends and family. Thank you

After dealing with multiple stair lift providers It became evident this is a pressure sales business, i experienced hard selling and crazy quotes with very few options on product and prices, after a recommendation by a freind i called Leodis stairlifts sunderland, super helpfull and genuine from the get go, Russel was a pleasure to deal with offering multiple options( new used and rental were all possible, the first price was exactly what i was happy with, no deposit required and a simple hand shake sealed the deal , the stairlift was fitted within one wk with Guarantee and 24 hr service offered. Nuff said very happy customer
