Can't recommend Lewis mobility enough. They are always on hand to help with any issues and give such an amazing service and very reasonable pricing. Most of the time I deal with Bradley who is so helpful and knowledgeable. My husband would be lost without them .

I can’t recommend Lewis Mobility highly enough. Bradley Lewis has been absolutely outstanding. My mobility scooter broke down again and I was stranded — my daughter had to come out and help get me home. I messaged Bradley and he responded quickly, arranged collection of my scooter, and made sure I had a loan scooter straight away so I wasn’t left without mobility. Bradley then called me personally to explain what he’d found (the motor had gone) and offered a clear, practical solution immediately. What really sets Lewis Mobility apart is the care and dignity they bring to the job. When you rely on a scooter, it isn’t a luxury — it’s your independence — and Bradley genuinely understands that. His engineer was also brilliant: polite, efficient, and reassuring. He even said “Bradley told me you’re a special customer,” which made me smile — but it’s really Bradley who treats people as individuals, not just as a job number. This is the second time Bradley has gone above and beyond for me, and I’m genuinely grateful.
