Magbility - Mobility & Stairlifts

I needed an old stairlift removed and was recommended this firm. I am very pleased that I used them. The booking was made quickly over the phone on a date that suited me. On the day, the engineer phoned in advance, arrived when promised and did an excellent job, very quickly and politely. He brought a card machine so I was able to pay straight away, and I was sent an electronic receipt. I was very impressed by the professionalism of this company.

Phoned about 10 days ago got message saying that the lined were busy and if leave number message etc would be called back within the hour. Still waiting, also havectried to order new wheels 4 times each time being told they would order them and then call he their in. This never happened.

Popped in to try to get Electric wheelchair for mum, Arranged to see a specific W/C couple of days later ! Got there with 86yr mum not there ! Called back ½hr later turned up with 3 none of which I asked for. Talked me into buying an electric kit for her perfectly good W/C ....... haven't heard anything since ? Chased several times nothing the same as their Redditch department. Think they prefer quick easy profit. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY TO OAP !

Made an appointment at the Bromsgrove branch to take our scooter for a service. When we arrived there was no one there. Rang and left a message. Have not had a reply. Don't waste your time.

A family owned and run company operating from a number of centres across Birmingham and Worcestershire, I visited the shop in Bromsgrove. Over the last twenty years or so they have built up a large customer base served by caring staff and a state of the art distribution centre for delivery across the Midlands, and beyond. Magbility is proud to be able to support its customer network with high levels of service, engineering support and where possible quick delivery. If you are local you can visit the showrooms to try any of the products in stock for yourself. Presently the Bromsgrove staff are trying to make sure the communication triangle of between suppliers work smoothly for me. Power chair manufacture and sales have to work closely with vehicle sales and there in the middle are the hoist manufacturers and fitters who have to fulfil all promises and help me drive out with a new chair that will easily hoist in and out of our car. Something that other suppliers have struggled to give me. Personal service, care and a sincere interest in your needs, it is all here and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the service I have had from Magbility. Right now I haven’t even paid a penny to them (although of course I will) but when I do I will know I will have the knowledge that I have the best products available for me.
