I recently got my father a ride and recline armchair from the belfast store and I was extremely impressed by their range of products and we were given excellent advice from the salesman Danny. We were able to have it delivered within 2-3 days and the two lads delivering it done so with care and even tidied up after they’d finished. I would highly recommend Mobility Direct👍
Just received my new Carradore Recliner on Friday, super impressed with everything. Dara in the showroom really explained all the benefits of the heat and massage options and I’m glad I went for it. The delivery man Pat even waited with me until the chair had warmed up to make sure I was happy, and I sure am happy. The heat has really helped my back pain. Great service and experience, thanks guys
Unacceptable service from this store. Took my father in law to get a new mobility scooter through his mobility allowance, after we pick one we where told it takes about a week to arrive and would be delivered to his house. The store call two days later saying they could deliver it that day, when I arrived at his House they had sent down the used ex display model with the wrong charger, we knew nothing about this scooter. When it was last serviced, how old it was, was it even checked over to see if it was still safe for use? We phoned the next day asking was this a temporary one till his arrived, but no this was his (new!) scooter, I questioned why he got an ex display model and was told it wouldn't be available till January. They arrange to send a guy with to other models for him to have a look at. The guy arrived 50mins late and processed to try and open the scooter he spent around 20mins doing this and then phoned the shop and had to be walked through opening it, then it turned out that the battery had to be changed which took about 1hr. After charging it and placing it in the scooter he then spent another 30mins trying to fit the seat and armrests, he then ask my father in law to try it but as he lifted the armrest the seat moved, I then looked at the seat myself and it hadn't been fitted properly as it lifted right off, after more fiddling around with it the guy then said " it needs tightened but that's it now if you want to chance it". I said "chance it? This is a 78 year old man if the seat isn't right and he fall and breaks something he probably won't come back from it" this was 2hrs 30mins later so I just told him look enough is enough just take them back and we will look for a scooter somewhere else. As if sending the used scooter rather than a new scooter wasn't bad enough then the guy they then sent out with the other ones hadn't a glue what he was doing and hasn't the first glue about safety or vulnerable adults. Mobility living allowance is also doing a full investigation into why he was given an ex-display model.
My mum passed away recent and she bought a mobility scooter from Mobility Direct. I got intouch with them a day they were super helpful and they were able to collect and they are going to resell my mum mobility scooter on my behalf
Shocked at Ridiculous cost to rent a walking aid. Price to rent for 2 weeks was more than I could buy a new one off Amazon. No attempt to look at prices. Most UK mainland companies are less than half the cost of this place as a comparison... Stood outside shop and bought new off Amazon for next day delivery at a cheaper price
Honestly can not speak higher of all the staff. Opinions for all budgets and staff (especially Damien) were so well trained. Highly recommended.
