Becky Shah and another young lady (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) answered most of our questions, provided detailed technical information, and followed up promptly by email. Our wheelchair was delivered today, and I am absolutely delighted with it. Most importantly, my daughter is so happy and comfortable in it. Umesh helped me choose a wheelchair on motability and he was great! He gave much appreciated insight on my wheelchair, how it works, and tips on using and maintaining a wheelchair. As a new power chair user I was very grateful for his patience as I asked questions and tried the chair out. He communicated everything clearly leading up to the demo and worked to meet my scheduling needs.He really went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend asking for Umesh when choosing your powerchair.

We visited this show room to test drive a Scoozy 800 mobility scooter. Becky was helpful and allowed us plenty of time. We did not feel pressured into buying. We were given a predicted delivery date and kept informed of progression of delivery. Arrangements were made for an earlier delivery by Dan the engineer , who demonstrated the scooter. He was informative and allowed enough time for the demonstration. The whole process was hassle free and professional.Thank you

I took my dad to look for a foldable/ travel mobility scooter. We had excellent customer service in store. The sales lady was patient, kind and listened to my dad’s requirements. Had great knowledge of all equipment and gave dad options to choose from. Dad even had a test drive of a couple of scooters outside to see which one suited him best.
