We were served by Ian. He was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking for. He showed us a range of products fitting the description of our requirements. He even gave us the opportunity to take the preferred scooter out of the store to try it out around the location. Having made our choice he was very efficient with submitting the order. I was really nervous about going to buy a rollator, as I’m quite young and didn’t want to feel like I was “looking like a granny” – but Denise completely put me at ease from the moment we arrived. She was absolutely lovely, had a great sense of humour, and once she realised how we were feeling, she had a few jokes with us which really helped break the ice. It made such a difference and turned what I thought would be quite an awkward/difficult experience into a really positive one. Denise wasn’t pushy at all. She gave me plenty of time and space to try things out properly, and even encouraged me to test the rollator outside around the retail park on different terrains like grass, gravel, and cobbles. That was really important to me as I needed something suitable for all terrains, and she completely understood that. She was kind, patient, and never once made me feel judged. I left feeling confident in my choice and so much more comfortable about using a rollator. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Denise!

We came to the Peterborough store to rent a mobility scooter. We were served by Ian who was extremely helpful and professional. He explained all about the scooter and how to dismantle it. He then went through the finance and gave us figures for renting and also for purchasing the same model. We then agreed to purchase it. He sorted all the paperwork and a week later we returned to collect it. Thank you Ian for all your help

After popping in and purchasing from Mobility Your Way, they were very professional, giving me good insights into the products and options available and even disposing of my old batteries.
