Nick went out of his way to help me purchase a wheelchair for someone special to me, based purely on trust and word of mouth. His honesty, kindness, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier, and I really appreciate everything he did. Ronan was also extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to show me how to operate the wheelchair and explaining the different varieties available. His patience and guidance helped me feel confident in choosing the right option for someone special. Great service from both of them. Absolutely brilliant staff. Nick and Ronan from Fosse Park branch. They went above and beyond for our family which the advice and knowledge. Then in moving a special bed to my sisters new address was very fast and efficient work. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
We couldn’t believe how helpful Nick was at this store. He repaired our wheelchair for us there and then - no cost! He showed us various gadgets in the store that would be helpful to our family! Such a nice guy! We will be back.
I had a great experience getting a spare part for my wife’s aging mobility scooter. Nick located the part, Sam offered me a drink and Roman got it delivered to the shop while I when off and did a bit of shopping. Excellent service and I happy wife! 😁 Thanks guys.
