Punctual, dependable service runs through the accounts customers give of this Bradford business, with several describing repairs completed on the same day or the next after a first call, and one noting a burnt-out circuit board replaced within a couple of hours. Paul is named frequently as the fitter, credited with considerable experience, a friendly manner and a thorough approach, including an evening spent finishing a difficult installation caused by the property rather than the equipment. Quotations arrive quickly, and the prices are described as reasonable or competitive, particularly for reconditioned stairlifts, which are also supplied with a twelve-month warranty.

Alongside new fittings, reviewers mention servicing and emergency repairs to existing units, often for elderly relatives, and extra adjustments carried out without fuss. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the communication before and after the work, with one customer appreciating the absence of marketing calls. The family-run character of the firm is highlighted by more than one reviewer as a reason for repeat custom, as is the care taken to leave everything clean and tidy once the job is finished.
