Superb customer service by Redland Mobility Oxford Road today. Had an urgent need for some equipment. Checked by phone whether they had it in stock and they did. But it was touch and go whether I would get there before they closed. They said they would wait for me to arrive before shutting up for the day. Thank you very very much 👍👍👍

Staff is very helpful and welcoming. We rented a powered wheelchair for 3 weeks for my dad who was visiting and if we need to rent one again we will use them again.

Good service. Helpful products. Limited parking close by. Can park behind, in Tesco and a walk through. Quite steep walk.

Wednesday: visited the shop. "I really need my first wheel chair before Monday!" Carla showed me various ones but none were quite right. "There is another that combines the best bits of all of them. We don't have one in here right now, but I'm certain that it will be right for you." she said. Friday afternoon: Carla delivered the wheelchair to my home. She was right. All the best bits in one place. Perfect. She showed me all the various features (it's like they've thought of everything!) and things I could adjust if I need to later on. Honestly, this is a paragon of customer service! Everyone should aspire to this level of professionalism, let alone empathy for the customer's needs. Redland Mobility, Carla is an absolute credit to you!

Amazing service by Carla today. Went in to test out wheelchairs to see what would work best for me and had the most amazing service she was kind and understanding and had great knowledge on everything in the store, I will be returning next week to purchase a wheelchair. 100% would recommend best service I’ve had in a mobility store!
