The first two times, I didn’t end up making a purchase, Rob gave me great advice and didn’t use it as an opportunity to sell me things I didn’t need, instead he gave me great advice, directed me to other places that might be able to help and was incredibly kind and generous with his time. The third time, I made a purchase and I couldn’t be happier. Was flexible with the delivery/installation and assured me that he would be available if there were any problems (there haven’t been any). I would 100% recommend this business - there are others in the industry who treat their elderly customers as a cash cow but Rob treated us with respect and dignity and you can tell how much he cares about what he does and the customers he does it for. Thank you Rob, from me and Mum.
My dad hired one of Rob’s Mobility’s scooters for our family holiday and it was absolutely brilliant. The service in the store was friendly, helpful and very informative, showing patience for our many questions. We hired the scooter which they added arm rests to for extra comfort. We found the battery life to be fantastic, meaning we could take it on full days out with no worries. It was easy to use for my dad and gave him freedom during the trip he wouldn’t have otherwise had. The day we returned the scooter was smooth, with a straightforward bank transfer for the deposit to be returned and, again, kind and friendly staff. We highly recommend Rob’s Mobility if you’re looking for this type of service. It’s tucked away in waterside business park but once you drive round to it there is ample parking and easy access to the store!

A big thank you to Rob and the team who helped us this weekend. Whilst visiting the NEC for crufts, a member of our party was unexpectedly unable to walk. With it being one of the busiest weekends at the NEC there was no availability onsite to hire a scooter. I called Robs in pure desperation and the team pulled out all the stops to make sure we could enjoy our weekend. The process couldn't have been any smoother, They even delivered the scooter to the hotel, called with updates and collected it on Monday. All the team were so friendly and helpful. The price was incredible, very competitive as we would have expected it to be double what they charged. We are all so grateful for your kindness in helping us last minute! I would definitely recommend and use them in the future!
The 2 young gentlemen who served me today were very knowledgeable about mobility scooters. They politely listened to me as I explained that I was having problems with my scooter. They went on to test the battery and the charger. The charger was fine, but the batteries were not retaining their charge. So I bought the batteries there and then. The scooter felt good as I drove it home. I was recommended to give the new batteries a good charge, and that is what I did. I'll see how good the scooter is, tomorrow morning. Thank you, lads.
What a brilliant company! They gave me advice over the phone, which was very helpful in regards to hiring a scooter for my mum. When I arrived at the shop, they treated my mum with real respect rather than a disabled old person. Once again they answered lots of questions in a very respectful way. They allowed us to hire the budget scooter at a very reasonable price. Unlike other companies I'd previously approached, I felt Robs mobility company are not trying to rip older people off with a price. After paying, they loaded the scooter into the car for me and unloaded when I returned it. All three gents were brilliant with their service and I would highly recommend them. They are a hidden gem in Kings Norton! Thank you.
