Jamie came this morning with a different wheelchair as I was struggling to push my husband in the other one . He was really helpful . Very polite . Showed me everything I needed to know . Took the time to answer any questions I had . Also made me feel at ease as I felt as if I was being a trouble as never had to ask for help before until recently .

Wayne was v helpful and quickly sorted issue out with headrest Shame can’t book am or pm or even get choice of days for them to come out , as my message not to come between a set time in afternoon due to medical appointment was not passed on to them . Luckily I got back just after he arrived !

Mum just had a visit by Cookie , what a lovely , kind , friendly fella , mum had previously had a wheelchair delivered by another care company who failed to explain to my 90 year old mum how the wheelchair collapsed down to get in cars , cookie came to pick it up as mum couldn’t use it … after we explained to Cookie why he was picking it up … he took the time to explain what we needed to do , he checked and altered the heights of the paddles so it was comfortable for mum to sit in hence she kept it … Cookie is a credit to your company he was so good to my mum .. thank you Cookie .. you are a star ⭐️

Jay in Ipswich does a excellent job whenever he came to fit my wheelchair. I will only have Jay come rounds. His very friendly and helpful

I have a Salsa M2 wheelchair and over the years I have been using it I have got to know Jamie. He is always knowledgeable, professional and keeps my wheelchair chugging away day after day. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He must dread getting his jobsheet in the morning and seeing my name on it, I use my wheelchair outdoors and indoors and travel a few miles each day. But no problem He just turns up and gets the job done and keeps me mobile.
