Our daughter had just got out of hospital following a hip replacement. We called in-store to purchase a outdoor Zimmer frame so she could get out of the house help her with her recovery. There was a good selection available for her to test out. Staff are very friendly talked us through how to setup and adjust the height. Whole experience was hassle free with no pressure to make a purchase. Our daughter picked the one she felt most comfortable with and we walked out with it there and then. I would highly recommend

Cracking customer service at farnworth scootamart. I had 3 models in mind and the guy (sorry cant remember his name ) at the store answered all my questions and believe me, i had some. Gave great advice in helping to choose the right 1 for me. Definately recommend

The mobility shop was very well stocked with different types of scooter. I quickly found the scooter that suited me, had a little trial on it. It was just the same as a previous scooter I'd had. The owner of the shop was very friendly, professional and was very knowledgable about the different scooters he had. I decided on the one I looked at first and bought it. We were made aware of the 1 yr guarantee and were advised on the care of the battery and how to charge it correctly. I was impressed and happy about my visit and treatment to the scoota mart and would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you.
