Senior Stairlifts - Birmingham

Recommendation on behalf of my mum who insisted I give them a 5 star review. She must have been impressed because she has never asked me to review anyone before! Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 3 days they had her stairlift working again as good as new. Very happy with the work.

Yesterday my stairlift broke down, i contacted senior stairlifts and today their engineer Jordan came out the exact time as prearranged and in prior to reparing my lift he explained a package i could take which worked out in my favour and covered me for 3 years. Very pleasent man and excellent service all round. Thank you

Phoned up senior stairlifs and Lewis answered he gave me the run down of the lifts which are from Germany, being a mechanic VW Audi Skoda seat are excellent bomb proof really so yes that will do for me,done the deal on Thursday, fitting date is for Monday,Dan who is amazing for how he works so hard he gave the job 💯 percent has if he was fitting the lift for himself,took 2 1/2 hours which was excellent,Dan must be a credit to the company and drove from Rotherham to Redditch Worcestershire and completed the job in excellent time,a massive thank you Dan for your speedy service 🙏🙏🙏
