Tom and Adam came out to me today to look at my scooter and told me what was wrong with it couldn’t of helped me more than they did they went out of there way to call out they are to very lovely men wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks again lads

I was very impressed at first with the service, extremely kind and understanding. But rented a Wheelchair out for my Wedding bevause I broke my Foot, on top of my other Physical Disabilities, my Dress caught in the Wheel and took the Rubber off. They had to replace the Wheel all together, but now they refuse to rent it out to me, which is leaving me unable to leave my House much, because my Walking is bad (I have a weak leg) Ibunderstand why they are doing this, but they're depriving me access to something that will help me enjoy my Days and live my Life a bit better,

Fantastic place, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, we hired 2 scooters and they were fantastic.

Tom and his team were amazing! My airline dropped my electric scooter and cracked my battery case, not good in the rain. Tom said the parts were mainly in America, where I will be returning in a couple weeks. So he did a temporary repair and got me on my way very quickly. The airline recommend another place at first, but the Google reviews were awful. When I said that place, they asked, was it so and so, and I said yes. They said I would never have seen my scooter again. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend the whole team! Tom even carried my battery to and from the car. At first he offered to come to my hotel, 15 minutes away, but I thanked him and said I had a car and would drive over. 10 star service!

Hired self propelling wheelchair last weekend whilst visiting Belfast. A big thank you to Colin who went above and beyond & waited on me as shop was closing. Lovely manner & understanding towards my needs. Much appreciated. Dorothy
