I needed to get 2 motor brushes for my drive envoy 8 mobility scooter, number 43, Mobility smart had them in stock and at a reasonable price compared to other places, and delivery was quick, you can get a vat discount on some items depending on the disability you have, I did put in the section to get the Vat discount as it showed these items were on a Vat discount, but it didn't discount them, so beware of this when ordering as some disabilities are not eligible for a Vat discount price, Apart from that, I'd Definitely use mobility smart again if I need parts for my mobility scooter, or other disabled products, as mobility smart do so many products that can and do help disabled people, they also sell secondhand products that have been checked by them thoroughly, I would Definitely recommend to family and friends, and anyone needing aids to make things easier

I'm a regular for the shower caps, best price online and they offer tax exemption for the right disability. Speedy delivery.

I am finally able to leave a review, 11th time lucky 😉. I ordered a mobility scooter for my mother and had the pleasure of dealing with the most amazing, professional gentleman Balba. It was so lovely to be able to order something and the process from start to finish be so easy going - as it should be. Balba provided essential information over the phone and has even telephoned my mother since purchase to check how she is getting on with her scooter. The delivery technician couldn't have been nicer and got everything up and running for us. I really can't thank Balba enough, a true asset to any company
