Highly recommended! I called Paul because my mum's stair lift batteries had completely failed, making the lift unusable. He attended promptly and also carried out a service. He was friendly and knowledgeable and costs were very reasonable. We will be using SMS for future servicing and repairs.
Paul was recommended to us by a family friend. We needed a stairlift moving from one property, and installing for my sister urgently. Her mobility has declined rapidly, and the stairs were dangerous for her.. Paul asked if it was an urgent job and gave me a quote the same day..and organised the fitting the same week! He has done a great job for us, the fitting was quick and efficient, and we are so pleased with his workmanship and courteous, friendly service. Paul has looked after my mum's stair lift for over 10 years. He is totally professional, committed and reliable and my mum considers herself very lucky to have found him. He regularly comes up to Manchester at short notice if needed to fix the stairlift and also offers remote advice over the telephone in the meantime. We would highly recommend Paul.
Very professional, Kind and Curtious - Highley Recommend
My mum is disabled and stairlift which is one paul didn't even supply us with had broke down, we rang the actual company and they wanted £250 just to come out. However paul lovely kind mand talked us through possible fix and yes fixed over the phone I 5 mins didn't need call out. Well I've now kept his number as his fees are much cheaper and he was so kind and helpful FULLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY CHAP thanks Paul 😊
