Somerset Stairlifts & Mobility

Wonderful service today , new stairlift supplied and fitted. No fuss no mess really positive experience , our second one from them.

If you're looking for a stairlift from a trustworthy, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable company, then look no further than Somerset Stairlifts & Mobility, Frobisher Way, Taunton. Pre -sales, home visit, installation and after care are second to none. We had one fitted last Monday on a very narrow, very steep straight staircase. We were sceptical that any company could accommodate our needs - indeed, several that stated ' we can install on narrow staircases' proved to be unable to do so. The presales visit from Matt was thorough with measuring and consideration given to all possible problems. Due to the position of the stairs, we needed a hinged section of track into the hall. Installation followed just a week later, by Adrian and Kevin. They skillfully resolved a few problems and their knowledge was absolutely first class. The other benefit of this company is that you can 'try before you buy' in their showroom, which we did prior to Matts visit. A huge benefit as many questions were answered. It is a tight fit which Matt warned us it would be, but it works and has made life much safer and easier. Thankyou to you all

From start to finish, Somerset Stairlifts & Mobility have been amazing. Superb service and such kind, courteous staff. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

This company is a genuine diamond in the rough! Very friendly staff who made mum & I feel welcome and relaxed, the surveyor was very informative, they managed to fit me in quickly and the engineers who installed the stairlift were very polite and friendly too, while also doing a fantastic job! I was especially impressed with the wiring and how neat they made it look, as I was quite worried to begin with as it was a long run, but even then they were very reassuring. I could not recommend this company enough!

Great service by ALL staff-everything explained-before ,during & after purchase of a stair lift for Lizzie my wife(P.S.P. sufferer)-the showroom staff were just so friendly, then Matt came to explain, measure & quote-so friendly-and like all the staff a sense of humour(helps the day go better !).Then installation by Keith & Adrian-2nd to none-highly professional, tidy and full of explaining,so my Lizzie ,''passed her test'' on this excellent product. Thank you-all of you.Regards Rog Birt

Excellent customer service and staff. Needed a new part for our ancient stairlift, and they were there and job done in no time! Absolutely no hint of any hard sell to buy a replacement. Thanks boys!

Highly recommend Somerset Stairlifts. We’ve been using them for both my parents since 2018. Servicing is very efficient and customer service friendly and very helpful.
