After our mother's stair lift completely broke down, we were in a really difficult situation as she couldn't get upstairs without it. As soon as the team understood how urgent things were, they acted incredibly quickly. They had a replacement stair lift installed the very next day, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making what was a very stressful situation so much easier. We can't thank the team enough for their prompt response, excellent service, and genuine care. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a stair lift or support. Thank you again!

He has consistently ensured that my mother's stairlift is in working order, often going out of his way and attending the same day when there have been issues. A true life saver!

Fantastic company. They have looked after my mums very old stairlift for a couple of years and today replaced it with a reconditioned stairlift after it had finally given up the week before. Patrick came out, out of hours, and got it going temporarily to help us out. He was super helpful liaising with us as we live 5 hours away. Today during installation, after only waiting a week, the engineers were excellent, so a big shout out to Ben and Casey for being so brilliant and putting mum (92) at ease. Cannot recommend them enough, reliable, reasonable and couldn’t do enough to help us.
