Showed me ones in my price range and what would be suitable. Very knowledgeable about the range they offered. Also showed me their range of cushions. Very nice and had laughs along the way. The staff also fixed my walking stick whilst we were there in record time. Overall really lovely family run business would highly recommend!!
A large shop that's fairly easy to negotiate with a wheelchair or pusher. The rear car park is small, with a small gateway and is used by commercial vehicles too, but has been quiet on both visits. There's another car park across the road. The upstairs showroom is more of a storeroom, we were able to see some of the available chairlifts but none were operational. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
The two young ladies in this store were very helpful in finding 2 spare parts for my wife's walking trolley and I fully recommend the service I received.
Everyone I have spoken to at this Company have been extremely helpful and friendly. My Dad has only recently bought a mobility scooter from them and last week had a puncture. This was promptly collected from his house repaired and delivered back to him the next day. It is very reasurring that he has a company locally that he can 100% rely on. Thankyou.
Contacted Ableworld to enquire about stairlift purchase and installation and within days they visited to quote and measure up. Date was arranged for installation just 6 days later. Fast, efficient and affordable service provided by friendly, helpful people. Thank you so much for all the care and attention. Will be recommending to friends.
Had an amazing experience renting a wheelchair for my nan so we could travel and enjoy our days out a lot more! Would highly recommend it to anyone who’s less mobile and doesn’t want to miss out on the fun of going out and exploring!
The whole team are so wonderful and even today when I was just looking to see how much things to make life a bit easier for me would cost from my pip they were happy to look into everything for me and note down the prizes so can purchase what I need probably not all at once as it is very expensive but it would mean that I am set up and can so things like wash easier and be more comfortable in my chair. Even though I did t purchase my chair from them because I am above the weight limit they are always happy to look at mine for me and always happy to offer and support when needed. They are my one stop shop for all my needs as a disabled person. I really wouldnt go anywhere else.
