Liftability have been great. All appointments were easily made, the work was carried out professionally and quickly. Rob was lovely the place was left clean and tidy and he went through how it all worked. The lift itself is modern and easy to use. Very happy with the service and would recommend highly.
Kyle was the main engineer that put in the amazing Through floor lift from start to finish the process was brilliant on time, explained everything and cleaned up behind themselves Would definitely recommend the company to anyone that was thinking of having a lift or stair lift fitted
Got my stairlift stuck on the stairs in the night . Phoned Liftability and the Engineer Rob was here within a few hours . He’s the most polite and friendly person . He’d freed my stairlift very quickly . He reassured me that it was no problem and to call anytime .
Came to fix my nans staiflift, the engineer was very friendly and helpful. Fixed it with no problems after having to wait 9 weeks due to another company delaying the process. Would definitely recommend using this company.
We recently had curved stairlift fitted. They were very profesional. Great job. All done quickly and left tidy. We had an issue firstcevening and someone came dtraight out and sorted it. They are the guys to fit youre stairlift. Well done chaps.
Lovely gentleman arrived in very good time, I am ashamed to say I missed his name. He gave my lift a thorough going over/service and cleaned it !! definately above and beyond expectations, though they have always done a great job. Thank you for keeping me independant and safe.
