Farah & Paul arrived early this morning and made a start changing the ram, pump and oil on my lift. They were both extremely polite and both worked hard all morning. They were very thorough, cleaned and hoovered through every step of the job. I am very impressed with both gentlemen and from my side they represent Wessex lifts perfectly. We see Farah regularly as he is the one who comes every six months to service the lift and he always go above and beyond with his job and I trust him implicitly. Both Farah and Paul are a credit to Wessex Lifts.
Darren and Lewis were very helpful and informative, gave full instruction on using the lift plus any issues that can arise, left everything in clean condition too. Their waffling and education skills were top notch too.
Darren and Lewis were professional and kind and reassuring. If you are in any doubts as to whether you could cope with the installation of a lift, then please set those to one side because these guys make everything so easy. Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely knowledgeable about the service that they provide. This is the second Lift we have had due to moving house and we would definitely recommend them. Totally five star people.. extremely clean and tidy too.
Lewis and Darren from Wessex Lifts recently came to replace my old through-floor lift, and I have to say they were absolutely wonderful. Both gentlemen were kind, friendly, and highly professional throughout the installation. They worked incredibly hard and took great care to keep my home clean and tidy while carrying out the work. It was a pleasure chatting with them during the installation, and they made the whole experience very enjoyable. I am delighted with my new lift and would like to thank Lewis and Darren for their excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service.
