Action 2 Mobility

Emailed regarding a manual wheelchair i wanted to buy from the website after about 5 days i still had no reply back i emailed them again and asked if someone would be getting back to me i had reply excuse sorry the person you need to speak to is out the office today we will get back to you on monday which they did please let me know what chair your are look at do i send some pictures to them of the chair i was intetested in that was over 3 weeks ago and still no contact bad customer service so they dont care about there customers and didnt really care about making a sale of £1450 and i will never use them as an option in the future

I bought myself a scoozy s800 and my wife a Baja bandit and the staff Kirsty, mike and Richard are very helpful when making a purchase and we had coffee courtesy of Kirsty. They advise you and let you try different scooters without being pushy and I was there 2 and a half hours making my choice as I had a choice of 2 preferences so kept going from one to the other til I made my choice. Highly recommended

My parents moved to Rushden over 5 years ago and they've had superb service and bought a number of mobility aids from this lovely family run business. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always ready with advice and assistance. We're very lucky to have them on the doorstep.

My Mom needed a new recliner and Kirsty went above and beyond to get my Mom to try out the many suitable recliners they had. She even brought a recliner down from the top of the shop as my Mom has a disability and could not walk to the top of the shop. Nothing was too much hassle and Kirsty advised us which recliner would be suitable for my Mom. My Mom loves her new recliner, so much so that she falls asleep when on it as it is so comfortable for her.

Thanks to the lovely Claire for helping me hire a bariatric wheelchair (and listen to my wittering on), so I could attend a performance at The Derngate. It was a little more costly (£30 for one day), than I had anticipated. However, as I rarely leave the house, it enabled me to laugh my socks off and raise my spirits, which made it priceless! Rushden is lucky to have access to such a service with knowledgeable, helpful & pleasant staff.

Brilliant service, rang the company, Darren rang me back within 10 minutes, came out straight after his other job,about half hour later if that, had to leave for an important meeting but came straight back, wouldn't go until he figured out what was wrong and got it up and running again, amazing company, great man, took out an insurance with them, so happy it's fixed
