I have had my scooter serviced by sim today, very polite and helpful. He serviced and cleaned scooter .
Visited the Daventry store today, to view some rise and recliner chairs. I spoke to a lovely lady called Becs and she showed me the various models they had. Becs was very knowledgeable about the products and also listened to me waffle on about my Dads current situation. She gave me some excellent advice and her customer service skills were fantastic. I will definitely be returning when my Dad is out of hospital. Highly recommended 👌
