Staff were eager to help, but didn’t force themselves upon us and we managed to make an informed decision regarding our purchase. Craig was extremely helpful in making our purchase.

From the moment we arrived I was impressed so much choice well displayed and easily accessible. Loads of room to try out the scooters. Craig was our assistant and he was charming, fun and of course, very knowledgeable. I live in a small village and whichever way I go involves going up a hill either going or coming home. Some are quite steep, Craig took me on a run which involved an incline and he assured me all would be well. I tried a couple but am confident the one I have bought will do me very well. Cannot wait for my scooter to be delivered. Thank you Craig for making, what could have been a stressful, into a very enjoyable occasion.

Lovely greeting from the young man at the desk by the door who asked if we needed assistance. We commented we had just come to look at something specific. I wanted to see how the Elixir Pro bath lift worked, so we went to investigate. Sadly due to H&S the remotes were put away. However, seeing us struggling, a lovely lady (P Nichols) came to assist. She got the remote out and demonstrated the lift for us. I was concerned the folding in sides (as the lift) descended might "pinch" or "squash" parts of me. She assured me that one, other or both side panels could be removed. Also because you can't "try" it yourself in the store, she explained you have 30 days to try it at home, which alleviated many of my fears. She kindly explained the difference between the Elixir Pro bath lift and the Heben Bath lift. I also reviewed the lightweight mobility scooters (Aeron Li and Aethos SLE). Again P Nichols (sorry I forgot your first name, was it Paula!? I do apologise) explained the differences and showed my husband the huge difference in battery weight between the conventional scooters and the lightweight range! With my catalogue suitably marked (thank you). I left the store with much more information to help me with my forthcoming bathroom refit AND details of a possible suitable scooter too. Thank you so much!

We went to look at mobility scooters for my nan and ended up purchasing one there and then. Craig Robert’s at the Milton Keynes store was very helpful and showed us a number of scooters and also took them apart for us, so that we could see if we could lift the individual parts separately, We have already been back to purchase scooter accessories and have also just purchased a foldaway wheelchair. Great service and would recommend.

The whole experience was so easy. Craig Roberts the salesman was very knowledgeable and made sure we bought the correct product for my wife's needs.

We had a really good experience today at CareCo Milton Keynes. A lovely gentleman called Craig helped us find a chair, and a sofa for my elderly mother in law. Craig made sure she picked the perfect size chair, and helped her pick a fabric she loves too. I think she has plans to go again to find more things soon because she had such a good experience.

Not the most helpful for what I was looking for - self care aids. One person was lolling around on the chairs and the other told me to look online -- this review was for the store which I gave a low star rating and I'm afraid I still stand by this however..... Customer service 'Ellie' reached out to me and took the time to actually phone me to discuss my experience. She then went on to be extremely helpful in assisting me to locate the product I needed and I have ordered the product from the CareCo online shop hence the revised 5 stars :)
