Not very helpful when their own lifts break down! Will choose another manufacturer. If you require after-service forget it!

Have recently purchased a property that had a stair lift installed but not working.. I called into dolphin lifts and got through to Corinna in Front of House who has been able to get an engineer visit sorted for this same week-which was impressive. I was kept upto date with arrival times and the lift is now up and running again, would recommend this service! Corinna was very polite patient and friendly has excellent customer service skills making me feel comfortable with the whole process

Our stair lift ran out of battery power phoned dolphin lifts came out same day engineer called sam came out and went above and beyond to change the battery's had hell of a job to get the covers on but got there in the end.well done .

My chair lift broke down on May 2nd. It was holiday weekend. I got in touch, firstly with Birmingham council ,then Dolphin. on Tuesday 6th May. The engineer from had been on the 2nd May, saying a wire had snapped, will put on report A.S.A.P. It's now the 13th May. Still, waiting for it to be in service again.

Very professional & courteous service provided by Mike Taylor who came to measure up at my mother's today. With her limited spoken English he was able to reassure her with the work that would be entailed as well as providing more detailed information to myself regarding his visit. A true asset to the company who has gone above & beyond to provide an excellent customer service/experience
