Matt was extremely informative, demonstrating the models that would suit my physical needs. He fully explained all the scooters features, how to take it apart and to put it together. I found him to be very well informed, also pleasant and ensured my safety in the use of using the scooter. Would highly recommend him and this Mobilty store in Wolverhampton. Very content with my purchase.

Matt and Adrian were fantastic with helping my mum pick suitable mobility aids, very kind, knowledgeable of the products and patient. Thank-you. Really appreciated the help.

10/10 store and excellent customer service, from matt, luke and the others instore. Always going above and beyond to help in anway they can. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Adam provided outstanding service when I purchased my mobility scooter. From the very beginning, he was patient, friendly, and genuinely explained everything according to my needs. He made sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision. Adam has a lot of knowledge about the products & goes beyond expected, from which I received a good customer experience.

Excellent customer service from Adam, who is very knowledgeable, understanding and has the time to listen to your needs. He does not pressure you in any way, we visited the shop with no knowledge about wheelchairs and his advice was very informative. Unfortunately our situation changed and we hired a wheelchair instead. Again Adam made this process very simple to do, and he was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this shop, and it was a pleasure to meet such a kind and caring person.
