Eden Mobility York

An absolutely lovely experience going in to this shop The lady - was kind and lovely She was also very knowledgeable

Amanda was very friendly and helpful when visiting the shop, and a follow up call to check everything was alright a week later.

I purchased a chair from here, although the service was good, the delivery details were very sketchy, I was told I would be called by 1pm that day with a delivery date, I am still waiting for that call, another person phoned to say it would be Wednesday, I told her I was in until 1pm, she said it would be between 8am and 5pm, not very helpful. The men who delivered the chair phoned the evening before to say they would be there at 8am, when they arrived I mentioned what had been said about delivery times, and although they came when it suited me, he said on his paperwork it said afternoon delivery. Maybe this system could be looked at.

Tracy was brilliant, I had an idea of what I wanted, she talked us through the scooters, and I had a text drive in the car park. My scooter arrives next week and I'm looking forward to getting around. Thank you Tracy.

Dale at Eden mobility in York was extremely helpful and really knowledgeable and took her time explaining the products. We wanted a light weight foldable wheel chair. Dale explained everything and helped us decide on what was best for our circumstances. Brilliant service. Thank you.
