Think Stairlifts Ltd

I recently had an Acorn 130 stairlift installed through Think Stairlifts, and I wanted to leave a review for Think Stairlifts Ltd as a whole because they genuinely deserve the recognition. Although I dealt with the Hull branch, the service and workmanship represent the company brilliantly. My Acorn 130 was supplied in shiny gold, which looks fantastic in the home and is something I really liked about Think Stairlifts — they offer a choice of colours rather than making you settle for the standard finishes you usually see elsewhere. From the initial enquiry through to installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The workmanship was terrific, the installation was neat and tidy, and the whole experience was exactly what you want when purchasing something as important as a stairlift. I was also really impressed with the value for money. The warranty offered by Think Stairlifts is very competitive compared with other companies, particularly when you consider the price you pay and the level of cover you receive. I chose Think Stairlifts because they offered a great combination of quality, choice, workmanship, warranty and value, and I’m very pleased I did. A huge thank you to everyone at Think Stairlifts Ltd and the Hull team. The shiny gold Acorn 130 looks brilliant, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a stairlift. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic company, we used York and Doncaster branches with recommendations from various people I love the fact the company gives back to local charities too - very down to earth people who own this company . A+ thank you

This company is the most reliable and efficient iv been with yet, I would like to say a massive thank you to Luke and Charlie for their amazing service and dedication to their job and how well they treat their customers. I will be recommending this company to many others, they are very talented with what they do especially the engineer who came to fit my stairlift he was polite, dedicated, and was very tidy with his work. Again a great job and thank you!

I would like to thank Luke for his unbelievable services while coming to fit my stairlift, I would also like to thank Charlie for the excellent customer service while helping and talking through all the different options. I would highly recommend this company to others, they are very reliable and go through very detailed information about the different kinds of stairlifts. Amazing job well done 😊

Fantastic, professional service through out. Luke was kind and compassionate when talking to my Grandfather explaining everything and ensuring he understood everything. No question was a silly question. Fantastic installation on the day and Charlie provided excellent after care service and guidance. Highly recommend this company.

I have arthritis in my back and Think Stairlifts have been a godsend to me. They have made my life so much more comfortable. Highly recommend.
