Stairlift removal by Michael and Oliver. Both friendly and professional and was done super fast. Great communication from the team and engineers leading up to the appointment and they were able to fit into my schedule. Kept me updated on their progress getting to the property and arrived on time. No vague time frames. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a stairlift removed.
Contacted them on 4/7/2026 & booked with Emma for stair lift to be removed 7/09/2025. Michael & Oliver were very friendly & got on with the job.Not much mess was left as they cleaned as they went through dismantling eveything. Also paid price agreed before leaving.Would recommend this company.
Fantastic company, really grateful for their help. Communication was great from Emma and Jordan turned up as arranged (he advised me he'd be early,) was friendly and professional and did the job in half an hour. Thank you very much.
Easy peasy. Good communication online and by phone. Swift appointnent booking. On the day 2 complicated stairlifts uninstalled, removed and paid for in within an hour. Fantastic customer service from Jordan the engineer, answered lots of questions- put me at ease straight away, friendly, efficient, respectful and really careful of the property. No mess, no fuss, no damage. Super grateful. You will not make your money back, not even close, but everywhere else I tried expected me to pay them for removal. This way I know the stairlift or its components will at least go on to be useful somewhere else. No regrets.
Jordan removed a stairlift that we no longer needed. He was punctual, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy with no mess. The whole process was straightforward, and payment was made at the agreed price upon completion. We were very pleased with the service and would happily recommend him.
Lovely guy Michael, so polite, kind and helpful. Great service. Arrived when he said he would and the office were really professional. Great service all round!
Excellent service. Prompt and efficient. All equipment wrapped up and removed leaving no mess. Danny was very friendly. Handed over the quoted £200 in cash. Thank you
