Have twice hired scooters for Mum while on holiday and on both occasions the quality of service has been above and beyond. On this second occasion we were able to hire an e-foldi as a special request and we extended the hire after the initial period, with buying as the planned outcome. Phoebe was a real pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and responses were quick and generous. Having a problem with my mobility scooter I rolled up unannounced at J&D. I was greeted with sympathy and the trouble was fixed very quickly. The whole experience was excellent and I would recommend the staff to anyone with a problem. I will certain return to have my scooter serviced in the new year.
