Warwick provided us with a first class service, a great overview of his products and we picked up a great buy. Picking a scooter is tricky, especially when your new to mobility products. The unit with second hand kit was equally impressive with great knowledge and some bargains on offer. Couldn't be more pleased.

Absolutely appalling customer service!! Phoned up to enquire wether Oakley would be interested in purchasing a second hand mobility chair.. young girl on the phone clearly not trained properly as she told me yes straight away & to come down with the chair so ten minutes later when i walk in the door with said mobility chair to sell why am i met with the most arrogant male individual i have ever come across who basically laughed me & my mother out the door & looked at the mobility chair like it was some kind of dinosaur!! No accountability taken.. very quick to blame the customer & no offer of any helpful advice/solution.. or any apology for time wasted!! Do better, train your staff better & next time don’t be so bloody rude!!

I contacted Oakley Healthcare as my mums riser bed had broken. She’d bought it 2nd hand (not from Oakley) and we didn’t know the make or model. Matt at Oakley was so helpful, I sent photos of the hydraulics (via business WhatsApp) that had broken so that he could see what the problem was. As it was an old bed there were no new parts, however he searched up the parts on EBay and advised me what to buy. I followed his advice and ordered them, and Oakley came to fit the replacement part the next day. It couldn’t have been more straightforward. Oakley were so professional and have saved my mum a small fortune as her alternative would have been a brand new bed! I would definitely recommend Oakley Healthcare. Thank you 😊.

Vast selection of mobility products. Got a very good deal on a scooter which was delivered to the store 2 days later and assembled ready to collect. Very pleased with deal and service.
