Mike is really helpful and went above and beyond to sort out my difficulties.

We have been using Top Floor Stairlifts for 8 years now and have always found Michael to be very helpful and efficient nothing is too much trouble for him and He is very efficient We have had to call him out a couple of times between services and he usually manages to get to us within a couple of days and will give advice over the phone if needed to keep the lift running until he can get to us he has been to service our lift today and We had an intermittent problem with it and he had an idea what it was which was confirmed while he serviced it and he fixed it for an extra £20.00 for a reconditioned part which is unavailable now but which he reconditions himself which I thought was very reasonable he keeps his prices as low as possible for as long as possible and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We have an old stairlift, that was looking a bit sorry and wasn't working properly. I rang a few local Co's, Top Floor were the most cost effective and local option. Appt times were fairly immediate, Mike turned up and did everything we expected. He gave the lift a good clean and left it looking much better, as well as fully functioning! Thank you, would definitely recommend.

Mike has serviced my mums stairlift for many years and has always done a great job, he's friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable. I recently had to call him out Friday evening at short notice and he was incredibly helpful, he came over that evening and spent a couple of hours finding and fixing the problem, staying late until he got it fully working again. I can't thank him enough for his prompt attention and highly recommend him, he's a pleasure to deal with.

Michael installed our stairlift 11 years ago and we never had any issues with it. Recently he came to change batteries which served us for the past 11 years and Michael, as always, offered a top notch service with prices being very reasonable. He even provided additional services without charging any extras. Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
