We were sold faulty items and given no refund only receiving threats of Aimee. We are old vulnerable people. Beware.

Please be aware, they sold my grandparents who are extremely vulnerable and disabled faulty items and refused to refund them, they even threatened them in return absolutely disgusting, please be careful

Bought a scooter yesterday, had an issue with it, Aimee came round, took it away, called me to explain the fault, fixed it and brought it back within 2 hours. Explained what happened and advised how to avoid in the future. Could not be happier with the service from Aimee and Ronnie. Thank you again

Great helpful service - bought scooter for my mum from M34 Mobility and it has been used nearly everyday for a year. Amie came to give it a 12 months service last week and managed to fit it in at the weekend - really thorough overhaul of the scooter and helpful advice - would definitely recommend

This business is completely unprofessional when customers ask for a refund for one of the faulty scooter they sell they are threatened and some are even subject to serve racial and actual threats to harm, Amie Harper Hartshorn is also bankrupt and insolvency and should not be trading legally, so beware.

This company they sold me two faulty scooters to me and my husband we are both old age pensioners, when we told them they were faulty they threatened us and even came to our house to abuse us they never refunded us a penny, they stole our money. The owner Amie Harper Hartshorn is bankrupt and is nasty person to deal with especially if you are vulnerable like me and my husband her girlfriend is also a nurse for the NHS is no better and turned up at our door to threaten us, when we try to speak out they bullied us into silence, do not buy from them choose somewhere else I wish we did.
