Thanks so much everyone of you for taking my absolute wreck of an electric wheelchair and fixing it for me! 😅😭 I am completely blown away by the kindness and compassion that you have all shown me. How can I ever thank you enough? Seriously! I thought that my power chair was beyond repair but you practically gave me a whole new chair. The front chassis had snapped off completely I had absolutely no idea and I had been absolutely petrified trying to edge my way around my house only 5 wheels touching the floor and often being flung forward. I had no choice because I can no longer walk Your technician Alan (who is amazing) took one look at my wheelchair when he visited me and immediately condemned it on the spot! That’s when he explained what was truly wrong and the chassis was literally hanging on the shock absorber with no bolt nothing I knew it was bad but I had had no idea just how serious it was and how much danger I was in. The next day Alan came back with a courtesy chair and took mine away. I am pleased to say my electric wheelchair is as if it’s brand new and yes I most definitely have the zoomies again! There’s a good roar coming from the motors thanks to two new batteries and they really do last a long time despite me zooming around I’m enjoying getting out and about. Thanks a million for everything you have all done for me as a team as a dealership. You’re heroes! Every last one of you! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🕊️
The possilpark shop great service from start to finish. Dont know his name but 10 star setvice. Would definately recomend this shop and will use again if and when i need it
Liers the lot of them they tell you things then turn around and try deny it they then try intimidate you at door i would stay well clear really bad experience
This is my second purchase with Mobility Solutions Glasgow. Will, the sales rep, has been absolutely excellent. I was lucky enough to deal with him again, from my first purchase to my second one. He is very informative, and nothing is too much for him. Everything is explained clearly and is self-explanatory. I also want to mention that the customer service over the phone is second to none. I highly rate this company; they know their stuff, and I honestly recommend them to anyone. I have dealt with other companies in the past, and they don't hold a candle to these guys. I'm really looking forward to receiving my new powerchair. I'll never use anyone else.
My experience with Mobility Solutions was top quality. On just visiting to look, James (Seamus) made me totally at ease. He was able to suggest two one year old scooters. 3 days later he brought 2 to my Housing Complex- let me try each one to decide.A fe days later he came with Scooter to flat,checked and set it up,gave advice and rushed to his next job in ( Aberdeen!!). Admin staff dealt efficiently and sensitively with paperwork, Payment etc. Ann, Mary Sarah and especially Claire made the transaction so politely and easy over the phone. All done!
