Cannot fault the service. Called on a Saturday and it was fitted by Wednesday. Jamie visited my mother‑in‑law and explained the options simply and professionally. Competitively priced with no pressure or hard sell. We chose a reconditioned unit and are very happy with it. They didn’t even ask for a deposit — we paid after installation — and my mother‑in‑law is delighted.
This has been a smooth transition, Jamie came in good time of my request he measured up for the stair lift and added some recommendations that I agreed to. The day he came to install the lift I just left him to it. With in no time at all it was done it has help my life no end I am so pleased with everything. We didn't end up needing a stairlift but Jamie was so helpful and so quick with his quote. Couldn't recommend him highly enough! If things change in the future we will definitely be using him!
Needed a stairlift for my mum following a fall. Jamie was brilliant, fast response, fitted quickly, very good price & you’d never know it was reconditioned looks brand new! Highly recommended. Have had the stairlift serviced every year since fitted, great service by Jamie, had it removed for free last week as unfortunately no longer needed and Jamie even put the bannister back up for me. Can’t recommend enough

I can highly recommend this company. Jamie the fitter will answer any questions no matter how daft. Fitted in about an hour. I bought the three year old model pre used. I used the Face book code and got £50 off. The fact that’s it’s warranted and you get the paper work too (not a verbal agreement) put myself at ease.
