Megan called on day of appointment (which was day after I called for quote) to notify of approx. time of arrival for survey and was given quote there and then and booked installation date. Jack arrived on day of installation and again he called to give approx time of arrival. He then went through the guidance of use and had dad operate it before he left with a Q&A session. Highly recommend their services.
Fantastic service from Halton. Mark came to visit to assess and measure our staircase - lovely, friendly and sympathetic guy who let us know what time he was arriving, answered all our questions and talked us through our options. A few days later Dean arrived to fit the stairlift after letting us know when he’d be arriving - another lovely friendly fella who fitted everything in two and a half hours and then talked us through how to use the stairlift. The installer arrived on time asked a couple of questions and set too straight away. The installation process was neat and clean and complete in 90 minutes. He then explained how to use the stairlift and instructed everyone in the household monitoring their use of the stairlift and ensured all used it correctly and safely.
We had Engineer out today 29th June 2026 We were Happy with the Engineer named Jack he was polite tidy worker explained everything about the stair lift give a demonstration with me using it. Thankyou very much so pleased. Mrs P Dipple
James arrived on time, after giving a 30 minute advance notice call, he was polite, efficient, set to work immediately. Completed the installation within an hour. He fully explained the stairlift operation, and tested it with my father. He went through the instruction book to explain any error codes that might be encountered. He was thorough, informative and a credit to the company.
